Home » Process » TOL23 Design has developed a unique design process since we launched. Based on relationships with our extensive client base, we find that in order to achieve mutually successful design results, the design process must involve both parties.
We are the best at what we do, however, the client knows their business, as such our design process has been developed based on those 2 simple but critically important factors.
Initial Consultation
In the event you feel that TOL23 Design is what your business is looking for, the first step is for you to submit our contact form with your requirements.Upon review, one of our project managers will contact you for an initial consultation.
Demo And Revision
Once we have been retained, we will ask you to submit logos (where applicable), your thoughts, and websites you personally like so we can get an idea as to what motivates and inspires you.We will then construct a working demo to show you how we feel that your business and the
A secondary call with your project manager will be arranged for you to discuss what we have got right, and on extremely rare occasions, not so right.
We understand that you will have a vision for your project and that your input is critical at this stage so that we can move forward.
Intermediate
Depending on the scope of the project, your project manager will determine with you whether to develop the project to the end or arrange an intermediary consultation, normally after a period of 3 weeks if necessary.
